I've only ever met Canadians from the coasts. Montreal and Quebec definitely have it, and the couple people for BC and Vancouver I've spoken to had the OOt to a lesser degree.
Yeah, Montreal is all aBOOT it. Also, I have family in New Brunswick, and their more like aBOAT it than aBOOT it.
