Hey don’t cook the hamburger or egg and you have Steak Tartar.

I am craving a good burger right now.

fried eggs are generally rather rubbery in texture, which really contrasts w/ teh burger. perhaps it would pair better w/ a burger that is prepared well-done.

i think i put grey poupon on my burger also so that may have been a factor as well.

hmmm...

there's a burger house right by where i live that offers a burger with cheese and a sunny side up egg on top, and it was delicious. the trick is to keep it simple, methinks.

and don't overcook the egg, that could've done it. because when i eat it it's fucking fantastic :thumb:

yeah i actually fry the shit out of my fried eggs in oil but i don't like my eggs yolky at all. that probably was a factor. i used to not even like eggs at all, well into my twenties.

man i thought i was the ONLY one. i don't like that shit on steak, burgers, nothing. i'd rather have Heinz 57 or some shit. Worcestershire sauce or just Tabasco sauce or something. ANYTHING but A-1. ketchup...anything...else...

it is a decent marinade though. but i don't not like it as a condiment w/ beef.

Great for steaks. Or burgers. Heck, it's great on just about anything.
