A little salty, but good.
What that has to do with
The Simpsons I don't know.

Not the Brown Sugar on 52nd St., right? Is that a Thai place? I thought it was more Caribbean. Either way, they make a mean soya roti. For vegetarian ham, there's a great Chinese place down the street from me at 45th and Locust, though.
Either way, carry on.

No, not the Brown Sugar in Philly. It's the Brown Sugar in Boston I was talking about.
I've been to a bunch of those Thai places by Penn, but I still haven't really found any really good Thai food in Philly. The closest was Circles (the one in S. Philly, not the one in NoLibs), but even that's only pretty average as far as Thai food goes. (I haven't been impressed by the veggie Chinese restaurants in Chinatown either.)

the ONLY all veggie [meaning it says so on the sign] asian restaurant that I thought excellent was the Green Teapot in Seattle.. for what it's worth..

The one near Paradise, I like that place.

Used to live across the street from it.

Yes, that is the place. It's the only place I've had "veggie ham".

I think they make it in house. So, it's better than most commercially available fake meat.

It's good, but, the only negative, as mentioned before, it's a little salty. So, probably not something I'd wanna eat every day.

I don't agree
But as a person who doesn't eat real meat the judgement criteria are a bit different lol.
Could really go for some dreamed yams right now.
