As a result, all of your guitar’s beautiful microharmonic and microdynamic details flow through to your amplifier unhindered and unharmed.
Pffft. I can hear femptoharmonics. A drive like that would be like a jackhammer destroying my toan with all kinds of picoharmonics. No thank you.

Yeah that shit is hilarious :thumb:

The Centaur definitely sounds dope in my opinion, but it's very easy to clone and people have lost their damn minds on the price of them. I think the Broadcast sounds just as good, though a little different obviously..

You think it's that different? In high gain mode it seems to cover most of the same ground in my opinion..

I don't use the Klon for the high gain. :idk: Broadcast does much better higher gain sounds. :snax:

Yeah, that's fair. The Centaur doesn't really have the same gain on tap, I just think they have a similar sound at comparable gain settings is what I mean.
I certainly think they both have a little more black magic surrounding them than they deserve.

:idk: When the Centaur first came out, there was really nothing else like it.

Not saying it's necessarily better than the Broadcast, but, I guess that really depends on what you're trying to sound like with it.

I don't think the Broadcast sounds that great paired with other dirt, whereas the Centaur almost always does.

Not sure what this new $600 job actually sounds like, but it owes a lot, at least in appearance, to the Centaur.

yikes.

also if you check out the faq you can read about how despite being willing to test the design for 2 years and make the most 3 dimensional toanez you have ever imagined, they were unable to sort out how to ship 2 pedals in 1 box/shipment. unlikely to be a problem at this price point but still, mamma mia.

otherwise looks like another solid candian tech company.

Ha ha ha, yeah, I read that.

They're working on that. :snax:

I don't think it says anywhere on their website where the pedals are actually made. That may have something to do with it. :idk:
