Is your gear okay? Not really what you're focusing on atm, I suppose, but personally I find music to be a great outlet and break from whatever shitty thing is happening in my life. Just out of curiosity. Do you have good insurance on the house at least? My dad lost a duplex recently to a fire and they paid out 190k, which covered his loan plus like 30k.

Usually your items aren't covered by insurance unless you itemized and kept super good records.
