Horses for courses! Get the party started with DLR, then when everyone is totally wrecked chuck on some Hagar, put your feet up and grab a brew and rock out.

Usually when we're all wrecked we put on Church of Misery and try to dance.
Or we put on Hank III and talk about loves lost and utes.
It can go either way.

A guy a work asked me, this morning, if I was pumped for the new Metallica album. I told him I hadn't listened to them since ...And Justice for All.

Man I hate Van Halen. All of it. I feel like there should never be that much smiling in rock n roll.
::ducks::
I do love DLR though.

Kirk pls. You're the poster boy for "too much wah on everything and used as a crutch" and also "meh-tone despite owning Dumble amps"
Loss via digital technology is nothing new or unique, which is a fitting description for YES ITS ANOTHER TUBESCREAMER, and everything Metallica has done since Live Sh*t box set.
Last year I lost 3.5 years of riffs, rhythms & melodies as well as synthesized drum sounds & samples, song fragments, lyrics & unorthodox ideas due to HDD click-of-death. Over 20gb.
And I had backups but it didn't matter; corrupted. Shit happens. Instead of trying to recapture the past I've used the opportunity as a springboard to focus on moving forward. It would be great refreshing if over-the-hill, millionaire musicians could get over themselves.
