My co-workers have this irrational love of saying:
"to piggyback off of what he said..." or "to dovetail off of what he said..."
And they mostly do it anytime they want to congratulate one of their friends.
There are probably a lot of "buzzwords" used at work that drive me nuts.

My manager says "low hanging fruit." Jesus.
Oh and some marketer in my dept likes to "leverage our core competencies."

"Where we're at" and variations thereof. Smoldering rage.
Anything relating to recently commonplace use of the word "content." Bonus hatred for "populating" something with said content.
Referring to jobs as "roles."
Maybe the one that drives me the craziest... "I don't love it."

There's always some horrible guy that's at least 10 years older than everyone else in the kitchen of whatever chain restaurant, who smokes synthetic weed on his break and constantly says "you know what I'm saying?"
Nothing bugs me more than when someone trails off a sentence with ", sooo..."
"Well the game's this weekend, sooo..."

Dude, when corporate speak began invading other sectors (I work in human services, for a NGO that is also not for profit) it was pretty much the end of humanity.
For whatever reason we now have "targets" with "stakeholders" etc.
Its the biggest pile of horseshit.
Yeah, I took my client out to lunch, totally accomplished my daily targets with that stakeholding motherfucker.
WHATEVER, STUPID PEOPLE THAT WANT TO SOUND AS THOUGH THEY ARE INTELLIGENT AND ACHIEVING THINGS WHEN, IN REALITY, NOTHING COULD BE FARTHER FROM THE TRUTH.

Corporate speak is def among the worst. Marketing jargon too.
When they form a union with gas-lighting, political platitudes it's a clusterfuck of cringe.
