So heres the specs I am thinking for the amp:
1 input, volume, tone, pilot light, fuse, standby switch, power switch, IEC power cord socket, 120/240 selectable
12ax7, 6v6 tube, SS rectifier
10watt Edcor output transformer
8" weber speaker @ 8ohms
although, im kinda thinking....
15watt output transformer with a 6L6 output tube for more volume/headroom. 4 ohm 10" speaker. or it could be possible to use a 8ohm speaker witht he 4ohm transformer and then add a second speaker output for another 8 ohm cabinet. so youd get less volume as is, but once you add the second speaker cabinet it would be louder (because it would be the proper 4 ohm load as well as a second speaker). but i dont know how important a second cab is on an amp like this?
id like to hear peoples thoughts on what they would like

I'd buy it. It all sounds like a great combination to me.

Man I'd love to have a little 6v6 5 watter with a built in belton (spring chicken) verb. To date my fav amp is the trace Elliott velocette. If it had verb and a 5 watt switch I'd still rock it. 15 watts is great, but too loud for bedroom and not enough for live.

I like the amps with the little triode switches to cut them to 7.5W I was looking at the new Vox Night train for that as I don't like the Tiny Terror.

Yeah, I'd be up for 5w over the 15 (since I already have two amps around 15 w and I think 5w amps are less common and more fun in a Class A design). I'd definitely make sure it has at least a non-hardwired speaker so that you can plug it into a cab if you want to or use an attenuator in the signal chain. Nothing bugs me more than hardwired amps with no external output option. In terms of rectifiers, you could always build it to use one of the Weber copper cap solid state tube replacement things and then if someone wants to put in a tube for their rectifier they could do that on their own.
My only otehr request would be to make sure it sounds great with all the mellowtone pedals

The delay sounds good, and it should definitely match the amp, but it should have optional modulation of some kind; and a big, funky, level gauge.

You should sell flat packed amps.

haha ikea style! that'd be funny.
i just ordered some hardware bits: corners, feet, handle, chassis, tolex to build a prototype cabinet. bright blue tolex :D i havent got any grill cloth yet because i want to find a good price on some marshall/orange Cane grill.
the cabinet design is going to be quite compact!
