Can you sit down in the leasing office and just wait for the package?
That might get annoying (to them as well and inspire them to sign for it)
Also: Can D-rod and DOS please get a giant trench coat to rock this thing little Rascals style? Not sure who sits on who's shoulders, but it should work. You guys can decide who is on top I guess.
