first up is a general walkthrough, ending into a try out with a couple easy to find not to expensive pedals.
my unit is exactly like the one Croch used in the video, only the one out and it has the momentary switch.



second demo track really exposes the value of the momentary switch...


i got one of the first units (in fact the exact one in the first video), and it's very versatile, it's replaced a few units (utopia synth, sleepdrone 3, wng) in my noise setup.

Yes, in fact I built a basic one up to use at a show tonight that can be shipped Monday. Base model runs $140 plus shipping. If you want mods (momentary power, multiple outputs, or input) there will be a short wait.

Regarding the Dirty Doper, my plan was to have a demo of the current revision 4 circuit up before bumping this thread. I got carried away in the design phase and have over shot my original target price, I'm holding the pre order door open for a little while longer (as this time of the month makes it prudent to do so), but will be closing the pre-order soon.

I'm going to wait until I cut another demo of the most recent version of the circuit, then it'll be another day or so after that (and I'm busy prepping for a show today, so mid next week realistic deadline). If you're *almost there* and have expressed interest directly, I can hold the door open further (this is going to be a case by case basis, pm or email me and we're good). At this point I'm gambling that the PCB will shave HOURS off assembly time, I'm pretty sure it will, and fulfilling pre-orders isn't going to kill me, otherwise I'd have locked it where it's at.

The earlier pictured enclosure on right is 4 deep x 8 wide (inches), I just built the other one at 6x6 to accommodate the final revision of the prototype. Since I'm drawing the PCB, I can make it fit in either version. might be able to squeeze it down to a 4x6, but I kind of like having a little sneaker room next to those toggles.

Anyone preference between the two?
