So the problem is the sea level is raising. Regardless of any changes that occur now, it will not stop. It's an unstoppable occurrence/force. We are pretty much fucked if you believe what scientists are saying. http://www.theguardian.com/environment/ ... -sea-level
There's more info than that out there obviously, but the Earth is doing it's process now and I don't believe we can reverse it. Sure we can make the next 100 years better, but we're still fucked. It's sad that man has doomed himself, but what can we do? You have to change BILLIONS of people's minds in order to make any impact, which is not going to happen as a lot of people just don't care. Sad world we live in.
I can think of a few countries fucking it up pretty bad. But I don't want to be that guy and lay blame. We are all guilty.

This is not a new or very surprising thing… when I lived there we were watching the amount of water we used… even in the early 80's… so.. my thoughts as someone from that state… fuck growing alfalfa for china, fuck LA and your fucking swimming pool and golf courses and fuck you all if you want the NW to bail you out

Yeah, that and Almonds. Use lots of water. Plus a lot of that gets feed to livestock. Wait..... cross-polinating threads.
