Haha olivers guitar is perfect. I wouldn't wanna play with tgat guitar if I were him though, he probably stabs himself a bunch during each set.

I've been thinking that ever since I first saw that guitar
I really, really want to know the story behind that damage
How do you do that?!

It almost looks intentional. Like it was sanded around it. Maybe just to avoid crazy splinters though.

I think you'd have to sand that thing down
I'm thinking it was some kind of "fuck these controls, where's the sledgehammer" kind of situation
Sledgehammers are the most useful guitar modification tool

I mean, they are pretty wreckless with their guits live. He probably threw it, or perhaps it was intended.

He probably did just throw it. I just can't picture that breaking over the neck

Really gonna try to make it to the Nashville show. Might take some planning but it seems doable.

I second he threw it and it broke. Ive never seen them live, until they play in DC, but from the live ive seen, he is very destructive to equipment.

I can't wait.

Saw them in a small bar in NZ with about 40 people few years ago. Was intense and very fucking loud. Small venue seemed to suit their shotgun approach to peeling back your lips.

He probably did break the neck

I read an interview with where they were mid tour and they both mentioned having to replace their necks already, at least once.

I want to be in a band where a touring requirement is spare necks
