Yeah I'm down to contribute. Screw censorship in all it's forms. This place is my only form of socialising. Period!! It's like sunshine in an otherwise cold and dark day.

Just donated $30. I haven't been here long, but in that short time I've talked to so many kick ass people and read/seen so much greatness in terms of gear and knowledge/passion of said gear that I don't want it to be over already.

Don't know how much that will help in the long run, but it's what I had left on my paypal account

Maybe not a bad idea to put a monthly goal up, and how far away we are from achieving it. I dunno, just thinking out loud here. I know nobody likes straight up asking for donations but it might be handy to know that we are X amount of dollars away from you not paying out of pocket or whatever.

So are we deep web or do we need more funds?

Same here. Whilst I've been lurking on ILF for some time, I really wish I joined earlier. I don't want to see this place die, so I'll be donating to keep it alive

Maybe all the builders on this site might be able to build a "save ILF fuzz" unique to each builder. Just a cheap, simple to build but nice sounding fuzz pedals and donate the profit proceeds to the cause. Might work. I'm sure a lot of the builders get a lot of business from this forum.

Sucks. I'll be doing my bit to try to keep this from being a loss for Tom.

Tdpri (the Tele forum) does annual raffles of donated stuff, and has for years. I think some other forums require users to be supporting members to access BST. Between the two, I'd think the carrot is more effective over the stick.

Maybe a "tentacle porn supporter" badge for supporting members?

I will buy a boat and sail off to conquer the new world and (hopefully) bring back their riches! But not like Scotland. A lot more succesful than Scotland!

I'm totally skint this month but I put in a few bucks.
