bump, what works for everyone? This weekend would be too short notice but I could likely do next

Preference for me would be to have two weeks warning in order to assure that I will get the necessary time off work.

Ok well I don't have any foreseeable weekend-long engagements so really the rest of you can just decide on a date and I'll be good with it unless something comes up.

If we need to do two different groups that's also cool, I'm ok with hosting multiple times. But I'm hoping we could do it all at once.

Aen and I are tentatively in, depending on the weekend : )

Damn! Yeah I figured warning everyone about the cats would be a good idea. If I could clean the place thorough enough I would, but they shed everywhere, it's impossible.

So September 5th for everyone? Should be cool with me, just have to check with my roommate.
