I would guess the "kid" that wrote that has fairly limited life experience, beyond being a semi-anonymous shithead to a handful of people on the internet.
Corgan's done something with his life. Made a name for himself. And now he's OLD. And the beauty of being old, is that you start to not give a shit about what's "cool" or what other people think, and you start doing things that matter to you.
