So after a night playing with the Sooper Fuzz 46 in my doom/noise/loud band, I can safely say that this pedal DESTROYS MANY SOULS OF THE UNBORN.
Mode 1 is edgy and cutting in a mix, Mode 2 is scoopy and thick as fuck, but doesn't get buried. Some low end loss in Mode 1 but who gives a shit? Fundamental frequencies are overrated.
I'm not going to record any samples, but when Poor Dumb Dad finally records some of our filth, I will post it in here, because this wee fuzz shall be in full effect (yo).

LAL is fucking awesome.
I got all these goodies within a a few weeks of each other and haven't gotten around yet to record the LAL.
I would have picked up more than three, but they're a lot of moolah.
Cyber Psychic is a head trip too.
Go for the toxic plant, it's crazy. It does drop off some bass though, but so much damn fun.

So I got a question. I received a LAL pedal from my SS this year (awesome) and I can't find ANY info on it. It's an Oscillo Fuzz, I get that, but I want to know more. Here's a pic

Otherwise known as the "Hachiroku shiki kebadate hizumaseki", the LAL Oscillo Fuzz 86 is a fuzz pedal with a built-in oscillator. This pedal features a distortion that blends the input signal with an oscillating frequency when the OSC switch is on. Also has a control voltage (CV) jack to control the distortion level and the pitch of the oscillator with an expression pedal or other CV device. The design is based on the old Japanese Zero-sen plane. A very cool and unique pedal.

Yeah, excane, I'd love to hear guitar demos of the ones you picked up
I should make a demo of my Sandstorm sometime. I still haven't spent much time messing around with it but it's awesome. It's difficult for me to find an application for mixing the dry signal with the white noise, I've mainly been using it as a noise instrument or for momentary bursts of static during riffs and stuff, which is a lot of fun. Great piece of kit though. The tone knob really helps fine tune how smooth or abrasive you want it to sound.
He's working on some new stuff at the moment, I cannot wait to see what's out next. I'm planning on ordering a Misty Cave and Gomorrah soon-ish. LAL stuff is ACE.

yep! these are way cool! for me it took over what I use to use a disaster fuzz for. With the oscillation off it is cool for adding textures into other fuzzes

It's an awesome pedal and the sounds charges and degrades if you hold onto a note longer. So weird! I love it! It sounds amazing with delay.
So a quick question though. For the two of you that own this, was it kind of quiet for you? I have to use my B7K to boost it in order to make it loud enough. Or turn the volume all the way up.

"it's too quiet until you turn the volume all the way up"
You mean Unity's not at 12:00, right?
