Think the wife and I are going to try for a child in 2014. BABY DIRGE.
Other than that I'd like to drop a few pounds, or just in general get up and move more. But I think everyone says that

Finish at least one of the five mostly written - but not recorded - albums I have started.
Invest more.
Get in better shape.

Gear buying freeze. My music-produced-to-stuff-purchased ratio is pretty sad.

Typical Radiohead over here: Fitter. Happier. More Productive. Maybe finding a job that doesn't require a 1099?

Just ran into an old friend of mine, with wife and kid in tow. Shit's cray, but if that's what you're going for, good luck!

Haha my wife's best friend had a little girl earlier this year, and she's just melted my heart. Sweetest little girl. Makes me want to have a child of my own. Plus, eventually I can pull a Fuzzrocious and have them paint my pedals for allowance. Win-Win.

Good on ya skully. Parenting is a crazy wild ride, but worth it in the end. My little boy is 2 now and I can't imagine my life without him around.

Plus I've got someone to inherit all my noise making gadgets once im gone.

I bought my last piece of musical gear on said Solstice, so I guess
a thing starts then for me as well. At least, that is my plan, for awhile. I don't want to buy/sell/trade/modify any gear for the next year. Even small shit like swapping strings for a day or trying a different value tone capacitor. Nope nope, use what I have, create what I can, and enjoy learning new tricks with old gear.
We'll see how long I last!

Well, I do have a custom bass that will probably be done in the summer, but OTHER THAN THAT... oops.
