It snowed in today and I've decided Oregonians are wusses. Four inches and the city. shuts. down. What gives Eugene? I walked three miles in the ankle deep snow and had no trouble doing so, while everyone else apparently had no idea what to do. I even saw some people cross-country skiing down the sidewalk

We got maybe an inch and everything shut down.

Also, I tried making a snowball and the snow didn't stick together. What the fuck is this?
