after doing some research I am leaning toward Pius IX he was the youngest at elected age and popes don't move around much he had that gig for 31 years
all that being driven around and being fed would make him alot like veal

^This is only the second time the old Pope was alive simultaneously. Usually they serve until they die. It makes the whole being eaten thing work pretty well.
