I find the ditto isnt as strong in the loop but I have mine in the loop very last in the chain. Ive got DL4 up front oo just in case haha.

Ditto at the end of my pedal chain has seriously improved my songwriting, love it. I've used it a few times first/early in the chain if I want to compare how different effects react to a riff played consistently--so I can dial in some settings--but it never stays in this position for long.
It's great for layering clean stuff, but as someone mentioned earlier, dirty parts turn into a jumbled mess pretty quick.
