I use bore oil and a shitty travel toothbrush to scrape up my fingerscum.
Once or twice a year.

I used to clean my G&L (the finish would feel weird when sweat dried on it) with lighter fluid and a paper towel. And some scrubbin. But, now everything I own feels fine with all the sweat and blood, so...I just don't clean anything. Both of my jazzmasters and my Grabber are fairly covered in blood.

I've never actually cleaned any fretboard on any of my guitars, wanted to see if I would like it or not

Naptha to clean/Fret Doctor to condition. I did have almost 50 years of finger grime mojo on the '64 Gibson, but it was cowboy mojo so it had to go.

So apparently I use basically the same thing as everybody else here. It's great stuff though; makes an old neglected fretboard feel so nice.
I use this too and it works great. Also use a micro fiber cloth with it.
