Last semester I took an Urban and Regional planning course. Detroit was a topic that came up. Neighborhood/Community raised gardens, Tax incentives for businesses (especially smaller ones). Detroit can do well if it becomes a series of nodes that get a personality/purpose.


But I say NUKE IT.

i have a slightly less favorable opinion of the D after last night. like i said, i had 9th row tix to the game, and this loud mouthed ugly pig nosed bitch talked the entire time, and her massive boyfriend was there to protect her. what the fuck? im paying 17 dollars per screwdriver for this? fuck that. yeah she was super fucking rude to me right to my face. im not going to another tigers game unless it's free or it's a playoff situation

This was my first year buying NBA League Pass and let me tell you...it was worth it. Watched over 200 games and counting, for less than $1/ea. The best part is my ability to mute annoyances at will...as well as not having to smell them. It's horrific in person. Why would anyone subject themselves to that experience anymore? Unless you have access to corporate/luxury boxes...it's a better experience to watch on a big screen, away from the mouth-breathers.

word, just got an e series vizio 50" for 650 plus tax, pretty fuckin dope. plus i live like 2 blocks from a million hd tvs. i just thought people were smarter than they actually are.
