Time to upgrade. Stuck trying to choose between several models. Someone give me a hand.

I'm looking at the following:
Merkur 33C
Merkur 34C
Merkur 25C
Merkur 38C
Merkur 15C
Merkur 23C
Edwin Jagger Classic (Barley Handle)
Bluebeard's Revenge "Scimitar"

I might even buy two so I can really find out what I like.

What do you swamp donkeys think?
I can't remember which model I've got (I've had it forever). I think it's the 33C and I'd highly recommend it.

If I were buying a new razor, I go with that or the 23C.

I shave with a weeks-old disposable razor and hand lotion.

Lol, I got my safety razor and brush at an antique store for less than $15. No need to buy a $250 safety razor.

It's the one thing I can be "girly" about. I get to smell real good and feel real good. :)

I use a Muhl DE razor handle. Started out with Merkur blades and for me, they fucking suck! Might as well let weasels eat my face. Huge difference with Feather blades. Feather blades are sharper, but don't keep their sharpness as long as Merkurs. I have insanely sesitive skin, so maybe the Merkurs will be sharp enough for you. You don't need no stinking badgers for applying shaving cream. I use beard lube by Jack Black, no need to fuck with an overpriced brush. Just apply with your man hands :animal: Like another poster said, don't buy your shit at the art of shaving. They will fuck you hard without any lube. Buy from amazon, ebay, etc... much lower price for the same products.

I wish, man. I used disposables for years. I only shave my neck since I have a beard, but my skin is super fucking sensitive and my facial hair is thick/coarse. With disposables, I'm throwing razors out after two or three shaves because they're dead.

Review after you've shaved with it a few times, please, Mr. Pelican?
