So I just discovered this thread. I am still down to potentially host at my place in Philly. There is definitely no pool in my backyard but there is firepit and a tiny barbeque! My basement could be filled with a bunch of amps and such. I guess you could swim in the dirty river if you wanted to. But really I asked my housemates and they are cool with it and will most likely hang out. Just throwing that out there...!

Hmmm Philly is close for all us DC/MD/VA peeps, and pretty much equidistant from the NY peeps... I'm liking this idea!!!
