All I think about during the day when I'm doing things is playing guitar or bass. Then I get home, and never do either of those things. I just sit on the couch, surrounded by musical equipment. I basically only play at practice or shows these days.

I find myself in this position frequently, always excited to get home to my gear. I don't have much time to myself tho until late night when I finally make my way to the basement/man cave to fire up the amp and let the riffs flow. However, there's manny times I fire up the TV instead and sit on my ass watching nothing good or get busy online posting here or buying gear. Makes me wonder sometimes...
Lately I've been devoting a solid two hours everyday to playing. Fuck it's so much better than TV. I do love it here at ILF but the GAS induced impulse buys need to stop asap. Got plenty of pedals that still need figuring out as is.

That's why you need an acoustic, so you can watch tv while you play it.

It's been a week with no pedals and I have no gas at all. I think I'm cured. But I did get two tattoos on the same day. Expect a picture of me with a full body suit in the next few months. Tattoos are my gas again.
