It is a very bright amp. The Mini treble is fully rolled back (then it works for my setup).
But yeah, that sound is great.

Picked up a Mini after reading this thread. Came in yesterday. I played it for a few minutes at home and found a setting I liked and immediately put it on my board for last night's gig. Left it on almost the entire time. Why didn't I do this sooner?

Yeaahh! The setting in that pic is pretty much how I have mine set most of the time on bass, so nice.

Yuppppp raise the bias to fully cw, and that's where I have mine set too. I usually tweak treble & bass, depending on how I'm feeling; when I first got it, I had treble at roughly 2 o'clock and bass at 10 o'clock, now bass is around 1 and treble goes between 10 and 3. LOVE the EQ section of the Mini.

I know it's been mentioned that the Mini has a bit more bass than the original fuck, does anybody know where on the bass knob it's essentially the same?
Forgot how much I've missed my Fuck, which apparently has gone on to Ryan at this point, but the mini with its extra tone shaping is doing nicely.

I got rid of my standard Fuck for the Mini and I have zero regrets. Prefer the separate tone controls and the extra bass onboard. Sometimes miss the momentary fuck stomp but you can def get those tones (and many more) with the bias control. Only catch is they will no longer be momentary but the miniscule size trumped the extra stomp in the end.

got a fuck to go with the mini, it can be a bit tricky to set up the crackle at exactly the right threshold to match the gain, but when you do it does sound different to anything else
