My drummer's other band is playing an "end of the world" show and I'm supposed to fill in on guitar.

So, basically an excuse to get fucked up, journey to peenville, and play a show... not necessarily in that order.

The one I'm playing doesn't even have some cool end of the world theme. Maaaan. I'm pretty sure it's supposed to be a metal show or something. But I only know of one metal band that's playing.

If I'm not working it sounds like a good excuse to go out and get smashed.

I thought that if the world was going to end we were meant to lie down or put a paper bag over our head or something.
