lol. that's why i love out here in The Bay. i don't connect with humans that often, when i do they're the constant in my life. i like everything else (outside of my house at least) to be all transitional and modular. i would NEVER live in LA. i fucking hate that place. everybody has to tell you who they did what with and when that happened... from roadies to doormen to waiters to WHOEVER. fucking name dropping douches.
....... not a fan of LA.

Come to Halifax.
Second highest murder rate (per capita) in Canada.

colorado is awesome but not warmer.
atl and austin and maybe nashvegas if you are considering pursuing music as more than a hobby or just want a large pool of good people to connect with. probably put raleigh on this list too.
hell, even baltimore if you do not wanna move too far but need a change. philly gains you little, unless you want jersey without being in jersey. dc is great but the music scene is fairly insular and living here is hardly cheap.
bay area and norcal in general are never a bad option, east bay being significantly cheaper than in sf or south.

I was going to respond, "so what's that? Like one?"
Then I realized if we're talking per capita, that's a fucking massacre.

Arizona, everyone I met there was nice. I think it's the sun, they get a lot of vitamin D.

Really? I can't imagine living anywhere else but here. I love where I live. Its a small town of only about 3000 which I like, but is only 30 min away from all of milwaukee's fantastic gear shops and venues. I hate cities though.

And that is very true, it helps to know someone in the area
I forgot we also played a show in west warwick. We had a 12 year old try to sell us an Xbox he was carrying and some old religious woman told us the place we were playing was evil and we were going to burn inside of it.
In a coincidence the door to that place was the door of that venue that burned down awhile ago in RI? (Which they salvaged from the fire if I made that confusing)
Anyway

that place was cray
Oof! West Warwick is rough stuff, man. Cray squared. No wonder you didn't have a good impression of RI!

Literally every plant and animal in Australia will fuck you up with some kinda crazy-ass neurotoxin. Go there if you wanna man up like Simba.
I just hope your village doesn't get raided by the bands of warrior-spiders. You see a man-sized eight-legged monstrosity on horseback, you run into the forest mighty quick.

Gainsville, Fl. If your talented as a musician, you'll flourish. If mediocre, you'll get lost the mix. Charleston, SC is a pretty happenin' place. I lived in Georgia before I moved here, pretty good place for indie bands and trap music. Blend them and you will be king. Something between Of Montreal and Gucci Mane. Indie-crunk. do it.
Come to Hawaii, we have beautiful promiscuous ethnic women, there is an unspoken "no-bra" law, AND the buds are CHEAP AND ABUNDANT. But of course there's absolutely no music scene here unless you like island/reggae music. Also the locals are quite racist. Whites are minority and actually looked down upon. If I had a dollar for every "get off my island" or "go home" bumper sticker ive seen...yeah...nvm dont come here. I cant wait to leave this rock. I was actually considering Australia...until i saw that spider picture and did a little research on wildlife there.
