Buy advent calendars for ALL of their children.

Go to your local borough/township office, get a copy of the noise ordinances. When neighbors complain, offer them a copy of the noise ordinance. Provided it lets you be noisy while you're being noisy.

Also, get a 3/5 watt amp. Even those are loud enough to piss off the neighbors. Put it up on a table...get some foam squares from your local craft store / Walmart fabric section. Put your amp on 1-2 of them to reduce vibration.

Tell your neighbors "What? I thought this was America!" Always works.

I've never once gotten a noise complaint due to practicing. I have incredible luck with getting awesome neighbors.

Get a sticker that says "WARNING: LOUD DIALYSIS MACHINERY INSIDE, VERY SENSITIVE" and put it on your front door.

The answer is simple, make loud and raucous love instead of practicing, soon the noise will not bother them at all.
