oh yes, i've been caning the ice water all day. fortunately, the respiratory stuff is fairly mild, at least by my standards. i'm living in fear of the point in the winter where it gets below zeroº F, which used to always bring on horrible sore throats/tonsillitis/colds that'd last from January to April. the winters were one reason i left here back at the turn of the 80s. sincerely, i wouldn't have come back here if i wasn't desperate for work and needed a free place to stay with family.

smoking trees (usually) always makes me feel better when i am sick...not a ton, but a little high helps me relax, clears my congestion, etc.

I've had a cough since mid September. Turned into pneumonia, I found out last week. Going back to an urgent care today cause I think the pneumonia is coming back/getting worse. Also bad asthma has made this all worse

better today. i can actually sit in the chair with the laptop again rather than staying in bed, which is bad for me because i wind up leaning on one elbow and putting my left hand to sleep.

I have to bike around everywhere and it makes my lungs so flippin cold. But I have noticed exercise actually helps a lot with the recovery process.
