Providence, RI:
AS220 (though you have to already have a connection with a Rhode Island band to play on the bill to get a show there)
Providence Social Club
Dusk (more for metal/punk/noise stuff)
Fete (which supposedly has the best PA in town)
There's more that I'm missing, I'm sure... will edit the post as I remember...
