Digitech Time Bender
Does a great standard delay
and does crazy whacked out stuff better than anything else

Octave up repeats that are modulated, reverse that is epic and about a million options
plus you can track em down used for around 150 or less.

Also: 4 easy to store presets available when you find freaked out sounds, and a freeze feature that actually responds to your dynamics.

Ahh. I love you guys.

I'm diggin' on the Timeline, the Cloudbuster, the Echolution, the Superdelay.

Now is a matter of figuring out the full features of each. The Cloudbuster looks reeeaaal cool (and the price! ), but I do use my DD7 for a bit of looping and Im unsure if it will aid me in that respect. But it certainly sounds uniquely good, and it certainly fits the bill. I'm just not sure it will do everything I can currently do with my delays. Part of my desire for a new echoic terrorist device is so I can get rid of the stuff I have with no fear of losing functionality.

The Timeline makes me think of large rackmount setups, in a good way. Aside from analogness (or noisey functions) I can't see why any other delay is neccessary.

Echolution vs. Superdelay? They seem to be similar. The thing I like about these two pedals is that all the controls are kind of right there, especially the ratio switches. Can they both loop? What do you guys think about them in a shootout with each other?

I want to get a DMB Lunar Echo for my analogs and a TC Electronic ib modified Nova Delay for everything else. Of course for classic echo don't count out the fulltone Tube Tape Echo!

Never tried the Echolution, so I can't comment.
They both have a looper. You can store you favorite setting with the Superdelay (I think it's 8 preset).

I'm definitely getting a particle when ghat shit comes out.

That time bender is indeed quite intriguing. The modulated delay signal octave up is pretty neat. Anything else that does that?
