No LEDs, LEDs damage your tone.
It also needs bakelite knobs because ordinary plastic knobs don't form a really tight connection with the pots, a key factor in tone suck. Can't use decals that are too thick either, you'll lose sustain and at least half your bypass.

we could just find a decent setting on the amp other than "TREBLE, MIDDLE, BASS ON 11" then they will be amazed at how awesome the pedal is

and, for the demo video, we record an amp off camera with a literal blanket over the speakers, then we plug in the pedal, take the blanket off
