I'm curious if anyone gets one to put head to head with the Timeline and the eventide.

hey man it's cheaper and it seems ultra practical. 30 delays, everything is expression controllable, stereo, and the looper look awesome.

Yes, yes it does. I wasn't even away it existed. Damn, I'm turning into a slacker....

I just need to find the manual for it (not on the Vox website yet) and see if it can do the few simple things I need.

Price is also $229 from the few online places I just googled. Hrmmrm... :idk:

Just hope you can bank with a single footswitch and have to check out/if it can do the infinite repeats.

hey if you end up not liking it, you can always sell it for what you paid because I'm pretty sure the price is supposed to be $299. it looks built like a tank. I'm a total vox whore, but either way I think it looks awesome. like I said, a DL4 on steroids.

Yeah, I've been quietly watching for a while now to see if it'll fulfill my timefactor/timeline desires on the cheapz. So far I..have no idea at all.

I feel the same way, the only demo I saw was all about cheesy 80s hair tones, but ended up jumping on the TL, and after hearing it in person I feel like it was worth it.

I don't mind the two button banking, but I could see some people being bothered by it. I wish you could customize the foot switches better like I've heard you can on the Space, but to me there is simply nothing better than the TimeLine.

Yeah, no doubt the timeline is much better than the vox, it has all some really cool modes and looks to have more control, but it also costs twice as much...

yeah, after listening to all the vox demos on yt (not that many) I'm gonna rule that out for now. Sound is OK, doesn't seem anywhere near the quality of the Eventide or Strymon.

I'm leaning towards just getting the damn Eventide and AB'ing the 2 during practice. I guess whichever suits my needs more, I put the other out the door... :idk:

I'm with jmooooooooooooooooooote. I own a TL and the DMC controller. I was able to justify the DMC in my head since I would have had to buy a looper, anyways, and the DMC makes that feature so freaking easy. Yeah, it totally sucks to think about spending $600 on one pedal.....but it does so fucking much. I dunno. I love my Poly-grace....but I think the Timeline is my pride and joy.

I know you don't want to give in to the man and buy the DMC......but it's so fucking awesome. Conform with us excane. Join the crowd.

I know all the features of the DMC but like sousie said - it's just hard to justify getting ANOTHAA on top of ANOTHHHA already friggin expensive piece of gear.

I'll just..... CAVE. Gonna go order one. :joy:
