I HAVE CONCENTRATION PROBLEMS.
so awesome. they didn't HAVE ADD when i was a kid. i'm preeeeeety sure i would been medicated a bit. glad to have sidestepped that.
DID get notes sent home a lot, "Ben will not keep his hands to himself. Is a distraction to the other students.".

My desk in the 80's was either next to the Teacher or in the hall... The kid that sat next to me in Kindergarten failed cause I talked to him too much... I'm glad I side stepped the ADD and pill phenomenon of the early millennium too... I just chose acid...

if they'd had ADD when i was in school in the 60s they'd have given me so many pills i wouldn't have been able to eat because there'd have been no room in my STOMACH. i was so bored in school i could have killed a man just for something to do...after all, Leopold and Loeb came from Chicago, too. i was bouncing off the walls so bad you'd think i was made of Superballs.
i should have known that there'd be a Parasite Museum. and of course it's in Japan. they probably take schoolchildren there on field trips.

actually.... i DID see a small group of 10 year oldish kids being chaperoned by an adult there. they sell cute versions of viruses or parasites as stuffed toys or cellphone charms in the gift shop. i have a cartoony green tapeworm head and two other viruses i forget what they are on my keyring. Japan is..... interesting.
