Seriously?
Seriously?Let's not start slinging shit about people we don't like. For whatever reason.
I'm glad this thread hasn't gone all "OMG DEVI'S A TRANNEH?" Yet, and if it does, just

.

Devi being trans is no secret, and Devi herself posted this video on her site/facebook so she must not be afraid of people seeing/discussing "the old Devi".
There's no reason this needs to be a shitstorm...unless you think Bryan should be kicked out of The Sword for sloppy bass playing during a high school talent show cover

it would be SO neat to have a thread about something involving Ms. The Ever just be..... a thread.
that's actually a pretty good cover. and yesh. Corrigan's vocals make me want to rip my dick-skin clean off. he has a few good songs though.

A very, very, very limited few.

I think The Sword should be kicked out of ears across the planet.

What, does he go around fucking youtube and bitch at people doing his songs in ways he doesn't like or something. Personally I would rather listen to this then him and his metal bending voice.
Nah, apparently Twitter is more his style.
Am I the only one who thinks a bassist without a drummer is fundamentally shitty? Then again I'm skeptical of most acoustic performances.

No, I totally feel that way too.

if the bassist has solid time and a nice percussive attack he/she can be just as good as a bassist + drummer in a small group setting like a duo or trio, especially an acoustic bassist.

It's a high school talent show performance, who cares?

This.
Watched the introduction,....concluded that it was indeed pre-op Devi Ever (if she has even had any ops). Closed tab,....ceased caring.

That said as a bassist,....I prefer playing with a drummer,....but that also said,...I feel like something is lacking if it is just drummer and bassist.

I actually don't mind The Sword at all. I always thought they had bit of a Sleep meets Sabbath with a dash of Melvins vibe to them. At least on the one record of theirs that I've heard.
