I watched them on Jools last night, while listening I noticed how in the background vocals (wayy quiet) from Hetfield was a normal and decent Metallica song, but for some reason, an OAP had been allowed on stage with them and was rambling some shit and playing guitar badly that ruined the whole thing.

Definitley lost it.

Ok funny napster story... before Lars fucked it up I made a comp of cover of MctallicA songs.. one song I found was called "Nirvana covers Metallica" I was this guy rapping about sucking off camels over a shitty casio type sequence I sent the mix of songs [with that one at the end to my MctallicA fanboi cousin... he didn't find it funny...

I haven't apparently heard the worst of the album since the only one song I heard in the radio a week ago was totally okay IMO. At least it was the best thing Metallica had released in twenty years or so.

i didn't listen to it, but someone showed me a video of metallica covering smells like teen spirit... is that fake too?

i really don't care enough about metallica to look all that stuff up. Lou Reed is alright, but I never understood this combo
