That's the thing, there are already quite a lot of widely known hand signals like raising your hand, or thumbs up and thumbs down. And all the extra ones they made up are probably unnecessary.

I can actually see where a couple of those might be handy. It's essentially a modified take on parliamentary procedure. Systematizing debate is necessary for a healthy political process.
That said, "twinkles and downtwinkles" is the just terrible.
Also, that first twink pic looks a lot like maz (don't hate me duder).

Also, why isn't it "uptwinkles and twinkles" or "uptwinkles and downtwinkles"? Who's to say what kind of twinkles are the normal twinkles?

Mmmmmmkay, I get it now. I derped. Dun tink the good officer and I are friends on "the book" so I didn't recognize 'im. Also, I thought it rather creepy t post pictures of other people on a forum...
