It says released, and there was no explanation offered. So it seems from this thread they get a reduced sentence. Just making sure. Sorry :(

I don't know the details, but I believe the people have been in prison for a while now...while the courts gather evidence, waste time, etc. Because of the guilty plea now, they were sentenced to "time served." But already being locked up this whole time, the sentence has already been served. I think that's how it works.

they weren't guilty--- but they were locked away for like 18 years, then the courts said o we screwed up--- so then they made them sign the alford law which keeps them from being able to sue the state for wrongful imprisonment- so in a nut shell-- state ruined their lives, then let them go as long as the state didnt have to pay them back--USA USA USA
