Her name is Mila.
She was brought in to inject some energy into two older cats and it has worked out well.

My semiaquatic turtle, Killeriina, or just Killeri, 20 years, posing here with my AB-Synth. She's a red eared slider (Trachemys scripta elegans, though vulgaris or bastardis would better describe her character, than elegans)

Yes i didn't find out until many years later. She told me he escaped and implied that i hadn't remembered to latch his cage so i spent the day crying and searching for him. Polish grandmas yay!
Keeping a rabbit as a pet so you could eat it come Christmas time was pretty common around here.
My birthmother said my bird had died and she had burried it in the backyard. Some time later and I wanted to dig up the bird bones so she casually mentions it had in fact escaped rather than died. The reason for this lie was so she wouldn't have to had to spend the next few days looking around for it with me and my sisters. This came shortly after finding out about Santa Claus. And she wonders why I don't trust her.

My chinchilla, Sigmund, hanging out on my shoulder, making sure all is right with the world:

I've also got a Yorkie, named Wumpus. And we recently got a three year old cat from the pound. We named her Tesla. She hides in my drawers.
