I'd like to say that I can't sympathize but if Dunn is burnt badly enough you probably aren't going to be able to get a BAC. Obviously put two and two together and you could deduce that he was drunk,...but we don't have any solid proof that his BAC was above legal limits,....so I'm reserving judgement until we are further abreast of the facts.
What we do know is that he took a powerful car; one that demands a lot of respect from it's driver; onto surface streets and drove it in excess of 100 mph.
I will say that I sympathize with the suffering his and his passenger's friends and family are having to endure.

Not happy when anyone has to die for any reason, it just sucks, but you get what you pay for sometimes.
The drunk driving death stats for america are ridiculous, I think it is like 15k people a year, that is way too much.
If you look online there are piles of people they interviewed at the bar saying he either "didn't seem that drunk" or "was completely blasted", I am sure he wasn't the only person that drove home that night.
The good news is that if he had survived and just killed one person he could still play in the NFL, provided he was nice to dogs anyway.

There is now, and I have to agree...I'm sorry he died, but he was DRUNK behind the wheel. I have more sympathy for his friend.
