Pasta with vegetable sauce (tomato and onion mainly). Most of the time I'm trying to avoid my horrible indigestion so this works.

This, as much as I can.
I just rinse some canned beans (low sodium/organic)... usually red or garbonzos, chop up every vegetable in site, throw that shit on a bed of baby spinnach and chopped greens... GET IN MAH MOUF NOM NOM TONGUE CUMS
Or make up some brown rice, cool it, and throw some beans, veg, herbs, and coat it in your favourite vinegar and olive oil... yessssss
Tonight I just made spaghetti, because I need to go to the grocery store.

That sounds awesome. Melt some mozzarella on those subs and sprinkle in some parmesan.
