I think my worst dreams I've had lately are ex-girlfriend dreams.
Like, we're sitting on a couch and she leans her head on my shoulder and grabs my hand.
Then I wake all bummed out. I'm finally past it, freaking stay out of my dreams.
I'm such a pansy.

I generally don't remember my dreams. But, I'm an insomniac. So, that probably has a lot to do with it.
The most recent dream that I do remember left me feeling amazing when I woke up, though.....although the entire dream was me having a conversation about birds with a lady named Ellen.
I'm not sure why I was so happy when I woke up. Guess I just like birds.
Or Ellens.
Or conversations.
....my dreams suck.

Hmm, I did not know this. I've never noticed a big kick-up in dream activity after a bender.

I wake up mumbling and yelling and shit fairly often.
Most recently it involved a few people I know telling me that they were pregnant, guys and girls. Then I was in some theater and found a box, so I opened it to find some weird stillborn alien thing. At that time the leader alien, or some shit, communicated telepathically to me that this is the first step to taking over the world for them. I then woke up mumbling and screaming. It was awesome, although I think that this actually happened in a movie. Although, I am also convinced that this is how the world will actually end and I'm prophet and shit.
More on topic, if it keeps happening, maybe try thinking happy things, or some shit.
