lol, usually I'll fry some jalapenos and tomatoes, maybe onions too depending on my mood. If I don't fry the onions I chop em up all nice, along with some cilantro. Then mash the crap outta the tomatoes and japalenos in a bowl, mash mash mash until it reaches the consistency I want the salsa to be, then add the cilantro and onions. Salt to taste and bam, Ruben's salsa...well Iguess it'd be my moms salsa if anything lol.
