After turning 21, I bought my first booze.

Which fucking sucks because I was getting it free before. >.>

It amazes me the risks people will take for booze.

I didn't drink on my 21st, and have yet to even buy a beer, let alone anything else. I'm not big on drinking at all, but even so - I can't imagine going to so much trouble to get booze at 18. :idk:

Wait, you live in Oregon, but have a Florida state ID?

If I'm not mistaken, a Florida license won't scan in an Oregon convenient store.

Seriously. By 18 I already had several easy outlets for booze, there was no risk at all by that age. :joy:

Its more about the 21+ venues, and the art shows. I live in a city, theres a lot of cool stuff going on thats 21 and over, that i would like to be able to attend for the next three years.

Wait, hang on... you're using a fake ID to enrich yourself culturally?!

This is uncharted territory for venues and possibly America as a whole.

When I was underage I was more bummed about not getting to see bands, didn't care too much about the drinking part. It kinda sucked when my buddies were 21+ and I wasn't able to go b/c I was only 20.

I knew a guy that tried to get a fake ID by taking his older bros birth certificate to the State DMV. Yeh, they snagged him and took away his driving privileges for 3 years, so he couldn't drive until he was 21. Plus I think he had some massive fine to pay.

One time I had an argument with a very young sales guy at a liquor store that insisted my driver's license was fake. I was 26. They changed the design of the IDs a few years prior and he only knew the newer style. Some random guy even told him it was good. He still said no. Idiot.
