Wait a moment - what about the Groudswell? which still isn't mentioned on the fuzzhugger shop ...or was it discontinued already in 2009?

yep, groundswell was killed. it was late 09 or early 10 when tom killed it.

you got that awesome custom groundswell dont you?

Yeah, I made a VERY small number of Groundswells...it was something I originally made for myself with some parts I had laying around, and I got lots of requests for me to build more. So I did!

Yeah, I ordered five (four plus the custom) and the count was really ridiculously small! I'm still hoping the pedal would get the attention it deserves, but it just didn't happen to find the right musicians or something

And no, I kinda don't have it anymore and it makes me want to cry. Of ALL people tat have ranted about how great it really sounds. It ended up sitting in the box, since I had major problems with my bass über preamp + the groundswell > amp, and so I had to sell my most beloved special order custom OD pedal locally , in a tight spot - BUT to close vicinity so I can at least borrow it when needed. I wish the guitarist friend would sign in as a member.

The real irony is that NOW I HAVE an instrument that the groundswell produces JUST the tone I always loved it for. Imagine that.

really, i love the groundswell in the blurzyhugger, groundswell>arc flash oscillator custom, i had the groundswell modded for oscillation but my big fat toe broke the toggle it was on now my groundswell oscillates all the time...
