Of course this was going to happen. These people never know when to stop.
Beat your legacy into the ground, suck the life and joy out of it, lose track of it all after you let people convince you you're a genius... It's the way it goes all too often.
Then again, ten years from now I'm going to release remastered digital versions of all my pedals. In 3D. I will swear to you that they're better.

i have never seen a star war movie. ever.
however i was at the first showing of evil dead, dead by dawn and even amy of darkness.
does that count for something?

It's more about Lucas' track record of cashing in and constant fiddling.
There are a few scenes that could really turn out awesome in 3d: the opening scene of A New Hope, both death star runs, battle of hoth, the astroid field
(I'm drawing a blank here aboout prequel scenes that would work...it's justa black area in my memory)
