I like Ohio. Except if I had the chance to get the hell out of here, I would definitely take it. But only if it was to go someplace cooler. Sometimes I think Ohio is alright. Sometimes I hate it, but it might just be because I'm in the wrong part of Ohio. But mostly I think I'd rather be somewhere completely different.

I'm in Ashland. Basically right in between Cleveland and Columbus, right off of 71. I recently found out that Communarchy is from the Cleveland area, and I almost started a thread to see how many more of us are on here, but never got around to it. As long as we're stuck in Ohio, we may as well represent.

Cedar Point's cool for a few times. Rock and Roll HOF is kinda neat.
West Side Market in downtown Cleveland is the SHIT though!!! There's a crepe guy there a couple days a week, right next to an amazing little coffee stand. An order from each, and sit on the balcony and watch the bustle...good times..

I freaking love west side market! And great lakes brewery! When I go to cleveland, those are usually the places we make sure to hit. There's also a good (and cheap!) cambodian restaurant around the corner from the market...I think its called phenom phen, or something that looks/sounds like that. I do really like cedar point, too. Ohioans don't always realize it, but we're spoiled by our close proximity to some of (most of?) the best roller coasters in the world.
Oh, and lets hear it for Akron for recently bringing us both the black keys and earthquaker devices. Not to mention devo!

Ahh, Ashland. I'm about 15-20 mins south of columbus if that.
We just took a trip up to cedar point about two weeks ago.
I like Cleveland but I've never been to the market there...

I go to Cleveland more often than Columbus, so I'm not as familiar with Columbus, but when I'm there, it seems like a pretty happening place. At least around the high street area, it seems pretty cool. And something about it strikes me as being a little less run down than Cleveland. There's some things I really love in Cleveland (the aforementioned West Side Market, Great Lakes Brewery, Rock Hall, Art Museum, the whole Coventry area is pretty cool too...) but a lot of the city just seems kind of shitty. Columbus just seems a little nicer, but maybe that's just because I haven't spent enough time there.
