Re: Let's see your PEDAL BOARD!
The first Mini is for general dirt. The second one is post-delay and reverb for tone shaping and grittiness. The eq makes it good for the end of chain helping cut down on the brightness or muddiness.
Stacking the two is great though. One of my favorite uses of them.

Nice...how you like them coily patchy cables?
Well, I think I have a bit of an addiction to them...

I don't tend to put a lot of thought into what goes where to optimise space. I generally start with an idea, i.e. 3 or 4 pedals together and then I add others in a somehow chaotic fashion. So using the coilies turns out to be ideal. I even asked Lava to make longer patches to reach pedals placed further (using their coily cables for wireless systems) and they made me a few like that too.
Now could I do that with other cables? Yes probably.
Cheaper cables? Certainly. (I could have bought a lot of pedals with the money I had to pay in tax everytime I cleared the Lava stuff I ordered from customs over the past 12 months... The joys of living overseas I guess.)
But... I really dig the way they look (this kind of shit is important to shallow people like me) and despite plugging/unplugging and stretching them like crazy day after day, I have nothing but good stuff to report, no noise, breakage, signal loss, etc.

Re: Let's see your PEDAL BOARD!
I've been stressing about how I'm going to get everything I want to fit on my new board, and I think I've got it figured out! This is just roughed out, not everything is connected (and the Tremolessence is a stand in for the mini RRR I have on the way). Obviously the volume pedal is going to stay off board, I'm going to mount the power supply under the board, and I'm going to solder up some custom length pancake plug cables which should help a lot. Oh and nothing is velcroed yet, that will happen soon. The cat approves.

^^ Wow, AWESOME setup. To think I'm using a PT-Pro with about the same number/size of pedals haha.
Maybe if you got a polytune mini you could put the demo tape vertically, wouldn't it rip off if you stomped on it where it is?

Yeah you're probably right on that. Fuck it, I think I'll buy a pt-2 in the next few days. That'll just make things easier and then I'll still have the junior for when I inevitably buy more pedals.

This has been treating me well recently. I haven't had the urge to change absolutely everything in awhile now. Only pedal I'm considering letting go is the MSLP Spring Steen'd/SHO 2-in-1 and only because I already have 2 other reverbs on my board. Oh, and the 3 pedals above the Boomerang setup are my acoustic line.

The Envelope Phaser is a very cool pedal so far. It does both the envelope filter and the phaser-ing really well... but it doesn't do either perfectly. So far, though, I love the pedal. I haven't spent a ton of time with the phaser side of the pedal yet but I'll report back as soon as I get a chance.

Yeah, i find the PT-2 seems to be a pretty good size across the board. If you run out of room, you are just trying to use too many pedals

Sexy ass sdd btw
