It's new and improved but with less switches and knobs and is now called the Dispatch Master.StivBrigggs wrote: considering that that ghost disaster is not on the Earthquaker webpage
Im gonna take a stab and guess they are rare and hard to find thus balls expensive, yes?
and prob fucking cool too.
Early 50's Gibson GA-20' 1952 I think. My wife's grandpa played in country and western bands back in the day. Too bad nobody kept the matching guitar!blanket wrote:very nicethrushes wrote:New home office setup

I stayed in on New Years eve to play a pedal....
Sweet Fancy Christ.
Is that too sad? At least I was INVITED to some parties.
Anyways, Im loving it, I find the LFO modes creepy as fuck, with some gain, then set to freeze at just the right amount.
Then you can jam along to a weird drone. I set the drone to "e" and then ya know, get freaky fer a bit.
no it isn't. they comment that the dispatch master is the "answer to" the ghost disaster being discontinued but it's a digital delay and reverb. ghost disaster is simply combination of a disaster transport jr. and a ghost echo. they're totally different. also i wouldn't be surprised if the ghost disaster is rereleased at some point since that just happened with the hoof reaper. i also hope that if that happens it's changed from a mutual bypass to the addition of the disaster transport's modulation, though jamie's said thus far he can't get all that packed in there.vrom wrote:It's new and improved but with less switches and knobs and is now called the Dispatch Master.StivBrigggs wrote: considering that that ghost disaster is not on the Earthquaker webpage

I liked this, I love my Particle but I've barely touched the freeze settings in any mode, nicely done.StivBrigggs wrote: So Im quoting myself here...oh well
Heres a little demo of my using the Particle in LFO mode dealy through my hiwatt.
Its hard to get great sounds in my bedroom but it still sounds neat.
Thinking I need some mic preamps after monitors.
